Another weird one. Can anyone identify these strange objects?

Well, most of these are commonhousehold items.

Top left is for cleaning hard to reach corners in the sink drain
Bottom left is a practice mouth for aspiring make-up artists
Top-right is -I think- for gentle whisking of egg-which and sugar when making merengue
Bottom-right is clearly to remove the seed from plums

But what is the top-middle one?
