I just dug up a yard hedge. Practicing my yamadori care. I placed it in the soil it was originally planted in. I’ve been told to place a plastic bag over the foliage to increase the humidity.

How long should I keep doing this for and how long should I let it be before trying to push growth or do any more work on the plant?

I'm not a big fan of plastic bags. They trap heat and air too.
As with any collected plant, its better to let it recover before you do anything. If the last remaining branch dies from wiring.. Then you've collected it for nothing.

Who plants a corn cob?

I know I know it's mini corn it just bigger in Texas!

Tehando... TAY-hahn-doh

Y'all suck at driving up here! Respect for pulling over for funerals though!

I was thinking ditch the bag too. Reckon it's good to keep green from transpiring.

I see a Texas Plate and I'm like oh no.....
