The tree dropped its leaves quite quickly this year... I think I should have moved it to a slightly shadier spot. It has one red leaf still hanging which is nice.

Next year will need to repot to new front, fertilize well, again, and see how it responds. I really like this little tree. Rubrum have so many choices and options. They are a great tree to work with. I think they have a phenomenal winter aesthetic as well.

Repotted this yesterday. Did not repot to intended front after looking at the roots this time. Perhaps next repot. Went back into same spot after a little trim.

I put it on my desk today since it is in my favorite state of leaf.

Been growing fine. Did a little clean up and fine pruning of extensions and tips. Removed some of the larger leaves to get sunlight into the center. Fertilized.
