Ancient City Bonsai

I live in Saint Augustine. On US 1, south of downtown there is a building with a sign that says “Ancient City Bonsai Coming Soon”
I was thrilled when I first saw it. Right by my house. I could walk there.
But they’ve been “coming soon” for a year and a half and said their opening date would be march of 2024. I tried contacting them with no luck.
I’m wondering if anyone in the wide world of bonsai knows anything about this place or why it’s so delayed. I drive by it every day to work and have been anxiously awaiting their opening. Any other NE Floridians (or anyone at all) know what’s up with this?

Not much information on their website either. It said they were opening in the winter of 2023. Maybe you can get in touch with them on their Facebook page.
