Anyone else get side-glances with their "weed-tree" Japanese maples?

Whenever I'm transporting one of my Japanese maples (or even around my house where the neighbors can see my garden), I get looks that kind of suggest, "Is this person growing weed?" Now, I admit these trees' leaves are roughly the same shape as Marijuana's, but I just thought that was a funny consequence I didn't think about going into the hobby. I wonder how TSA would treat these trees if they saw one.

Anyone else experience this?

Edit: I think my Koto Hime definitely gathers the most suspicion.

LoL, my how times have changed! I actually did get pulled over with a load of pot plants in my truck about 25yrs ago, just as we were getting into the medical thing and everything was kind of up in the air. Now no one would bat an eye of a semi load rolled by.
