My parents are moving out of state so I been able to take any plant or shrubs from there landscape. These two junipers were there when they bought the house so they are over 40 years old. I don't know what kind of juniper they are and they are huge and will take some time to remove. So are they worth my time and energy to collect? Thanks:)

Doesn't look like a juniper ;) Guess it will cost some decades and patience, they look huge and laggy. Good luck man!

I wouldnt bother with these, Thuja have difficult shaggy foliage. Also, you want lower growth than these have. Thuja or White Cedar can make beautiful Bonsai but the best have old interesting trunks with deadwood and are usually larger bonsai because of the scale of the foliage.

No. Not worth collecting. Unless you want them for your landscape.

Thank you all for help, I will leave them there. It would have been a lot of work to dig them up buy myself anyway lol.

It would have been a lot of work

So was "paint the fence".

Just saying....
