Can't believe this whole story. A fortune to move two Bald Cypress and a Tulip Poplar in Georgia (no, not the U.S. Georgia, the Balkan Georgia.) That tulip poplar ain't even all that notable (it's an American species) There's one around the corner from me that's bigger...

Frivolous, yes, but I have to say, I have seen (read or heard about) vast amounts of money spent on much worse than moving a couple beloved trees.
