Bougainvillea help please

HI, Looking for some help on how to recover this poor guy. Made it through Winter indoors under a lights. We had a 76/78 degree sunny but pretty windy day and I put it outside .

And now the leaves are wilty and the tips turned black and dying. I soil is damp but not wet.
Not sure what to do!

From artificial light with maybe 2K lumen to outdoors with about 20K lumen on a shady day can be quite the burn for plants.
My guess is the shift in conditions is the likely cause.
Best thing to do is to transition it slowly from a shaded part of the yard to a more sunny part over the course of three weeks.
