Fringe tree

I got a fringe tree the one with purple leaves but I can't seem to find info on how they take pruning n such?

I have tried them and they seem to do well and then, for no apparent reason, a limb will die. I have seen some nice bonsai made from them, but have not had any luck myself. Good luck.

Thanks! but I have read all those but I was hoping someone had practical experience. Guess I'll go slow and pave the way lol I'll post it on my blog today pictures.
