I read a fact that I did not research on my own....but maybe some fellow Nuts can confirm or deny....

We all know that plants produce Oxygen, right?
I read that trees and plants on land only provide about 30% of the oxygen we breathe....
The rest of it comes from ocean plants like algae....which grow due to whale poop....which makes us all dependant on whales for our existence....

They are the only flowering plant with no chlorophyll. They are in my back woods.

That is awesome that you can find them in your woods. I've spent so many years upstate and never seen em.....probably in the wrong area all the time.
