Handmade copper Tenpai

I like them they should patina up nicely. Do they come with the pals? How much?

I just saw you are new to forum. I believe since new you can't sell stuff on here.

Hi, I’m an individual, not a company. I personally hand make this tenpai. Didn’t know I couldn’t share it here. Anyway I have made a unique collection of ten forest wood cutters, each one with a unique history behind. They are made in copper for getting beautiful copper oxidation patina. The size is for mame or for sohin (bit larger)

You haven't even filled out your profile so how we supposed to know where you are located. I believe you have to be on the site and interact for a set amount before you can sell stuff. It's not that you can't share. There has been scammers on here before so it's a safety measure. @Bonsai Nut put in place to protect the users.

Thanks for that, I didn’t know. No, I’m not a scammer, I’ll fill my profile so there is no doubt about it. I just do them for myself and I thought somebody else would like it (I have a collection of 25 mames, I build them for them) if you are interested on knowing more I’m at Pinterest and instagram, o call myself #TheBonsaiTreehouse I I make a lot of stuff with my bonsais.

I’m an architect, that’s how I earn my money, and I do this just for pleasure and for sharing with those that might being interested. Kindly let me know if that is the case (I don’t even have a web page)

I wasn't saying you were a scammer.we but we have no way of knowing.
Here's link to the discussion about this.

If this is your work it is very interesting and unique. Haven’t seen anything like it

The problem is that there have been folks that come here and start sellling from their first post. It’s not easy to telll who’s a scammer and who’s honest.

Keep posting example of your work and, if you have them, your bonsai. That can go a long way towards getting trust

It’s also worth mentioning that scams can work both ways. Buyers with short histories without much in them CAN be (but not necessarily) a red light

@BQ. I think your work is really interesting - and I can immediately see how they are hand-made and each has a different personality. I may be a buyer :)

I hope that peoples' initial reaction of "who are you?" isn't too off-putting. Unfortunately we have had some bad experiences on this site when people show up, try to sell something, and disappear. Perhaps it would help if you would post prices, and also photos of exactly the pieces you would sell. Since I think your work is interesting, let me be the guinea pig and order something and then we can talk about it after the fact :)

They are 3cm tall. no cast metal, only pure copper welded so it never loses a part. Do you like them? they are on sale
Beautiful figurines. Cant figure it0 out? Is that a chinese or spanish inspiration? You've got some scale here. Where as i have a case of giantism. Be a good idea for an entire thread for statues figurines? Scale is hard to do. I just try my best with what I have available.

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to sincerely thank you all for the interest, the likes, and the thoughtful comments. I really appreciate the warm reception and the time you’ve taken to engage with the post.
It’s been great reading your reactions and questions — I’m glad the Tenpai resonated with so many of you.
Thank you again for the kindness and support.

Best regards from Spain,
Borja

PS. See ya soon with more pictures!

Just to add a bit more context for those who asked:
This is a single series of ten forest workers. Each one has its own name and its own story, and each piece is unique. There are no molds involved — every Tenpai is made one by one, by hand, by me.
I put a lot of care and affection into each figure, both in the making and in the story behind it. That personal process is an essential part of what they are
Thank you again for the interest and the thoughtful questions.
