The Declaration Of Independance consisted of .. The Preamble... A Declaration Of Rights.... A Bill Of Indictment.... A Statement Of Independance. All four were signed by Benjamin Franklin.

Roger Sherman — the only person to sign all four founding documents of the United States: the Continental Association of 1774, the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, and the Constitution.
I'm gonna give this one to Will - since that is the answer I was looking for Declaration, Constitution, Recognition by France, and Peace with England - and of course Ben Franklin who I still think looks awesome on the old sterling silver $.50 pieces (pre-1964). (Some might prefer the $100 )
