So I think I solved this... bad news.
Hose head I bought, I believe is fine.. had to buy a fixture but fine. All connected, when on, water just floods out in a big drip (sold water stream, bad). When off, water is leaking out of the fixture.
My water hose pipe in the garden is either simply not pressured enough or doesn’t put out enough water for the hose head. Simple as. It just is never going to work properly. I think water pressure is rubbish.
So unfortunately I am not destined to have that lovely smooth water flowing hose head to water my trees with.. I’ll be sending this one back. End of story.

Hold on... some of those handle fixtures look like they can increase pressure output? Plus, I bought both from amazon, I guess I should have gone directly to the website...

Alright next step in achieving the dream.. returning my current one and buying another that comes with the handle fixture (as it’s cheaper than buying separate).
Another 2 week wait for delivery.. we will see!!
