Juniper pest

Anybody recognize this insect? It does appear to be an insect and not a spider mite. I believe it's a hatchling juniper aphid. I'm finding occasional tiny white foamy nests on one of my junipers and I found a cluster of ants on the same tree farming mature aphids.

I use RF Inter-science macroscope 25 https://www.rfinterscience.com/main_products.asp?category=1&group=1
I really like it. I got it from Ebay as used one for $ 60 I think.
