I feel like you should know better

I have one from when I didn't know any better. Was struggling with it when trying a traditional spruce design, so decided to go a bit extreme with it this year. Which reminds me, I don't think I took an after picture, I should do that before it's covered in snow.

Any restrictions on species or styles, do they need to be like a christmas tree or does anything being sold in a holiday container count?

I'm not interested in a spruce and my store didn't have any stone pines. They did have inkberry hollies (ilex glabra) and I'm going to watch for those to go on sale and will buy as many as I can to plant in my yard. I wouldn't mind setting one aside for bonsai, but they don't really resemble a Christmas tree. They also had rosemary and Japanese holly that were trimmed topiary style like a Christmas tree, but I will probably skip those.

Thanks, I will have to go back and find a worthwhile one to start with and buy the rest when they go on sale.

I’m excited to see what people find this year. I hope a ton of B-Nuts will get in the mix. I think Rules are pretty much the exact same as the last go around. Here’s the main criteria/ Guidelines to follow. 1-original Tree/plant should be initially Potted or packaged, showing its intent...

Have high hopes for it if I can keep it alive, will allow it to establish itself before doing anything else. Theres are decent spread under the soil which can only get better
