I need help identifying the elm below in pictures, is that Chinese Elm (Ulmus Parvifolia) or Siberian Elm (Ulmus Pumila)?

Believe it Ulmus parvifolia I use website PLANT.ID, it returns a list of possibilities with percentage of Probabilities

Your location alone makes me want to say Chinese elm. Also the leaves seem pretty thick/succulent like Chinese elm.
