Here's two trident saplings that caught my eye a while back when they were seedlings. I decided to plant them in the ground to let them grow out. They've been in the ground now a couple of years. The leaf shapes and their colors are what interest me. The tree to the right leafs out orange red and has rounded lobes it holds this color for a while. The tree to the left has distinct pointed lobes and a slight blush. I may take some cuttings this year and grow those out as well.

I'll continue to post updates on these two.

Those are great! I love the variance of tridents, they’re almost more variable than JMs IMO
There's definitely some nice variants within the species that's for sure. I'm still trying to get a rough bark one into my collection.

Hopefully you'll be taking some cuttings of the red, striated one. Very unique
