Problem Tree #1

This unidentified pine (an Aleppo Pine?). After researching on the Internet, I think the most likely problem is Aleppo Pine Blight. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

It looks like your pine suffering from needle cast. The reason I say so because there are multiple brown spots with yellow margins seen on needle (last year needle?). You may see tiny black pimples on the dead needles. Need to clean up infected needles and may have to use fungicide.

I see needle cast as well..... buy some Daconil and treat the tree. I like the tree, I see a lot of potential in it.....it would be a fun one to work on.
