Random Photos from the Back Yard :-)

The dangers of two people eyes deep into bonsai - you get a lot of trees. :p

V,

I am already having that problem (and I am not into it as deep as you). It is hard to decide which ones to part with and when I finally do, my wife will stop me. We are turning into (plant) pack rats. :(

That said, we had a breakthrough this weekend and she agreed for me to cull some of the tropical trees (probably via eBay). :) The tipping point is not having enough space for them in the garage come winter since they are spreading a bit more now.

Vic it sure is nice to see you back posting on the forum again.:) Missed ya.

Ms. Vic,

I share the sentiment of others here, it is good to see you posting here again.

In looking at your trees I think I see Dan's influence in them. You are so fortunate to be close to such a great artist. Thanks for posting. :)

Thank you gentlemen for you kind welcome. :) I'm enjoying being back.

Bob... I should hope you see something of Dan in the work. Though he still likes to give me affectionate flack for the traditional looking trees in the yard. lol

I've been getting to work with David DeGroot lately as well, because of working as a volunteer with the Rim... that's been a great deal of fun. He's a great artist with a very refined sensitivity for the tension and release in a tree, and expresses it in a very comprehensible way. I'm looking forward to developing that friendship and education as well. :)

Kindly,

Victrinia
