Spider mite damage?

I think this is spider mite damage. Can anyone confirm? I did the white paper test and saw a few creepy crawlers that left some yellow brownish smears when squashed? The damage appears to be primarily limited to one of the two cascade branches as you can see here.

The other cascading branch and top of the tree look healthy.

I doused it with some insecticidal soap today and plan to hit it again in 4 days.
 
Sure looks and sounds like it… the smeared creepy crawlies sounds like confirmation


I found mites on my junipers a few weeks back fwiw
