I'm a little confused here is this the place you go to to test if your trying to post pictures? Or is this some kind of discussion site? It says testing... I finally got a new camera and I'm trying to learn how to upload pictures. If I'm in the wrong place can you tell me where to go?

Just post the pictures in your own forum post. Title it "I am testing pictures with my new camera" We don't really have a section on the site reserved for testing by itself.
