I’d love to but I don’t drive.. gotta say, not driving does start to become a pain in regards to Bonsai related activities.. I don’t think train would be doable but I’ll look in to it :)

Think Newport is stop on the Piccadilly train. Can grab you and take you back to the station if that helps. Let me know :)

If I remember right, the venue is about ten minutes walk from the train station.
 
Sadly, no. I'm way behind de wiring my own trees so that is on the agenda this weekend. Plus if i go I will be tempted to get more trees - of which I have too many already!!!
 
I'll hopefully be there. I currently have the weekend off and I'm hoping it'll stay that way. @Cattwooduk ?
 
i Was looking at train to their, today.

That’s not so bad but then scheduling to do it on Sunday.. those trains don’t run..

That’s a 2 hour 45 min coach ride lol.
Also that’s to arrive at 11. That’s starting journey at 6:48. Ouch.

Very kind offer but just don’t think it’s possible for me :/.
I live in East Tilbury, Essex for those curious

Yeah I wasn’t thinking of that..
It’d be doable with a car maybe. A more unique thing to do so the effort would be worth it.
 
Unsure whether I'll make it yet. Girlfriend's 30th on Saturday so I may not be in a state to drive on Sunday! If I'm not too hungover I'll see if I can get across, looks like a good opportunity to see some proper bonsai!
