What’s your latest Bonsai related purchase?

Not a purchase but my newest acquisition. It was left by my younger kiddo by my keys and wallet this morning. I work very early and leave before the rest of the house wakes up so pardon the dark photo (I’ll post a couple more shots when I get home)🤗

"Hey kid, next time don't glaze the inside!"

Love it!

Guessing it's not stoneware, so only tropicals for it?

THIS sort of stuff makes all the rest of their antics totally worth it.

A oscillation blade tool . I’m a Dewalt guy . What I’m thinking is primarily a tool
For collecting . ( and other uses ) at first I use a hand tool that accepts reciprocal saw blades . So originally was going to get the mini recip tool. But the larger array of blade types. Smaller compact size . Primarily made the choice . Can be equipped to cut even rock , I feel the high speed vibration . Will disrupt a root ball less . Considering I primarily collect rock pocket trees . Looking forward to finding things to do with it . Black Friday sale . Pic is of tool and battery and charger . I got the tool only option . No stock until next week

You bit on the BonsaiQ pot! I have to admit I was a little torn on those. I like supporting them as one of my fave YouTube channels but the pot labeling kinda threw me 🤷🏻‍♂️

I still want the apron though… they can label that all over the place if they want!

Lol, I would have gotten the apron, but it wasn't on their "international" (Buyee) store, and looks like it's sold out on their normal site too.

Pots aren't great quality either, there's a small crack in one side of the Q-stamped pot (where the stamp is). To be fair, the price is very cheap too. None of the smaller pots have visible stamps.

Buyee shipping is a pain - the products ship to their warehouse, then once there you need to pay for the international shipping.

The saving grace: the three jin-carving tools were $50 total and they are $50 each on Wazakura - so that more than made up for shipping costs (essentially saving $60+).

What grow lights do you recommend?
It depends on your growing set-up. I know many people here recommend Spider Farmer (I think) lights but they require a place to hang them from. I use plant shelves for mine when inside so I use the Barrina full spectrum LED's.
