What’s your latest Bonsai related purchase?

Got this little Barbados Cherry from an Ebay seller. Never had one. Know a few who grow them in this climate. The grower is in Florida and it is potted in a mix of sandy loam and perlite. It may need to be watered a bit differently than all my other trees. Needs some trimming.
Nice! I keep mine a little on the wetter side here in Florida

This trident from someone reducing inventory. The tree has chlorosis on new growth, so I immediately fed it with chelated iron after taking it to home. Next June I will make one or maybe two thread grafts to create primary branches. After that, I will wait for the massive scar from the chop to heal.

I went to New England Bonsai Gardens for a beginners' course (when I last tried to keep bonsai alive some 30 years ago, things were different- actual organic material was in the pots <gasp!>)

On the way out I grabbed a 4" pot by Bruce Lenore because the proportions were "just so".

Now I have to find a tree to inhabit it. :)

I just bought a wisteria stump. Haven't actually seen it yet as a friend picked it up and is looking after it for me but from the photo it was worth the risk for the price 🙂

A cold frame, to take everything but the Bald Cypress, which will overwinter on the porch (40F to 50F consistently)
The BC is also the tallest tree I have, so that makes life simpler. I'll have to see how many layers of the "raised bed" portion I need - then put pots directly on the soil and pack hay up to the bases of the trunks.
Ayesha has graciously let me have some space in the veggie patch, which is at least rabbit-proof. :)

Stock photo - delivery next week or so.
