Set up my rain barrel so I don’t have to drag my hose across the yard and picked up a really nice azalea… though it hasn’t been pruned in a while so I’ll definitely prune it after it flowers. I also ran out of soil so I’ll have to pick up some more tomorrow to top dress and mulch.

not the greatest photo, but I am wiring out my last Pondo. it has my favorite trunk, but the root mass is pretty unstable at this angle.

I pulled the main branch up, but really want to nail the layout of the foliage and primary branching. There is likely just enough to work with, but all of the bends need to be the right ones to make the illusion fall into place.

it's about 3 feet tall and looks like a rams head.

Hit up the local landscaping nursery today, grabbed 2 trees, a dwarf Alberta Spruce in a 20 gallon or so nursery pot for the Christmas tree competition for 39.99 on sale(I can barely lift it), and a Deodara Divinely Blue that I will probably style into a literati. The Deodara had been growing vigorously, it was pretty rough last year when I first saw it and gave it a pass.

Not me! But people that do similar stuff are developing a therapy in a similar way we would do it.

Since this is phase 1/2, I think it's going to be available to everyone in about 10 years. Now lets hope our insurance covers it!
