You must have a really great eye-site. On a microscopic level! I don't see a thing :(

man you people reply fast as lightning! Harmless but are they welcomed? I mean to keep with the tree...

Oh and it looks like an assassin bug to me, totally harmless to trees only the bad bugs on them.

One of the "beneficial insects" you can purchase from arbico et all, hence the name. I had some once until some spiders that i've never seen around showed up...damn things looked like the amurican tarantula (& haven't seen the spiders since, sooo nature).

Thanks for the quick response every one....

I only had time to dance to one... yes one song befor all of you could right to me.

Jeeezzzz get a life!

Just kidding around for you that don't have a cents of humor. I spend way waaaa more time on here then any one in my family appreciate.

They just don't understand me. Or bonsai.

Brainless!

Me too, maybe too much time! I agree that hour bug wont hurt your trees. Btw, I like your veriagated ficus. If its a bonsai Id like to see it. I have one, cuttings arent working so Im trying an air layer. Is it diferent than regular ficus in your experiance? I hardly ever see them as bonsai. Mine has smallish leaves and fine ramification. But its skinny, hence trying to make two out of it then chopping low the existing trunk. Im scared to cjop before it backbuds lower, so it stays alive. The other trunk died from chopping it low and without leaves.

They are good for pest management BUT do not get bitten by one! It is not only more painful then other bites it can cause a lot of damage to you... We have them here and it is wise to google them up so you understand and can identify them as they look totally different until mature like the one you pictured. We let them live outdoors here but always cautious not to get bitten when handling plants.

Thanks grimmy! I'll look in to it. I have 3 kids and I wouldn't want them getting but if it's going to mess them up.
