I am very sorry this is happening to you, especially after you and your wife had a discussion on how to male your life together better.
I am waaay too far away to take a tree but I will be thinking of you. Please let us know how things shake out.

That really sucks, I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. I've been in a similar situation, and it's not easy, but life will go on. As others have mentioned, I'd definitely recommend an attorney so you don't get further screwed. I don't know you personally, but feel free to DM if you need someone to talk to.

I'm unfortunately on the wrong side of the country to offer you anything for your trees, but I wish you the best with this difficult transition.

FUBAR situation, dude. Have you guys tried counseling or the like? I know the situation with my ex might've been helped if there'd been an honest attempt at that.

You said you wanted to leave the state. Do you know where you're going?
