I bought a pack of 25 trident maple seeds last autumn, after stratification only 4 sprouted but of those 4 only 1 survived. It recently grew enough to write it so I gave my first attempt at wiring

Congrats on the seed success. Looks quite healthy. You should find out a bit more about wiring technique though.

Lol. I'll have plenty of time for that. Once this lignifies I'm taking the wire off and then grow out time. This just has to last till then. Plus wiring a 4 month old seedling is completely different than wiring a branch
