So I’m working on a new one.. utilizing practices and “orders of operations” that Sorce has recently made me aware of.

This dude on the Ceramics Forum was like, "The Tray I'm making isn't for food more like an Ash tray."

So I was like, "Like a lid?"

He was like, "no an ashtray."

I was thinking, well that's not LIKE an ashtray. It IS an ashtray!

Started a tiny morning fire to encourage the lid ( ) to dry.

I used sand and fines from my “substrate reclamation” to temper this mamma jamma above.
