Only 24 hrs till a 53 ft truck arrives with 100's of Yamadori! BONSAI!
All collected by Randy Knight, and selected by Walter Pall.
It feels like an early or late Christmas gift is coming!
Will follow up with photos tomorrow!
Be sure to keep up with Hidden Garden Bonsai located in Willowbrook!
If you would be so kind and since I have one (RMJ purchased from Nature's Way), please explain the "selected by Walter Pall" part.Only 24 hrs till a 53 ft truck arrives with 100's of Yamadori! BONSAI!

Keep the scene growingIt's seriously a nice place with competent people floating around.
Could one hunt and peck for cheaper bonsai and supplies?
Probably.
But you wouldn't be supporting a local commercial hub of bonsai activity. Amazon.com is not going to help you trouble shoot, board your tree, have trees right there in the flesh to check out.
I'd be rudderless if they went under.

So Mr. Pall personally looked at each tree in the truck and for lack of better words, gave his approval of the material? @Walter PallAFAIK…
It’s a bit of a tenuous connection and only this year, afaik. I’m being a little vague as I have personal, but secondhand knowledge of this.
- Randy Knight regularly collects yamadori
- Randy sends a truck “back East” each year
- Walter Pall must have had some influence on what was chosen for shipment this year (this part of it was previously unknown to me)
- The trees in the truck have been seen by Walter

Hey @Vin ....
I never knew that Jennifer Price was from here, but if you look through some WP blog content, and watch a couple videos, all the dots come together as to why this is going on here.
Plus THG is a beautiful place, with great people!
Now I know I'm talking too much!
I'm nervous about robbing this truck!
Lol!
Mad excited to get there!
These things NEVER work out for me!
Now I gotta rub some feet to get hands on some "money we gotta save"....
Blah blah blah!
(patience)

Post a photo of you tree!Even though most of the RMJs were marked as SOLD when I picked mine up, there were some fantastic yamadori examples among them. If you get there early you should be able to find a real beauty. I'll have to check out his blog a bit more.
Now back to awesome yamadori!
Sorce we need an escape plan!
Or...
Lol!
Are you picking one up?
Can I touch it!?
I wonder how many Nuts are going to be there?
Sorce

Not sure if it's for the people unloading the truck or my wife if I come home with a tree.
