Hmmmm......need to find a much better word than "yard".....yard sounds like you're going to be cutting the grass....

Just echoing my teacher. He uses the word yard so I've come accustomed to saying it. If you ever visit his place, however, you realize that his bonsai garden really is the only yard he has...

Very funny! :D

We start out the first hour every morning by weeding all the bonsai, checking wire for cut in, cleaning debris on the ground around the benches, and picking chojubai flowers.

Subject to what you might think, its very satisfying work to go around and look at each tree up close while keeping things tidy.

In Britain they say "garden" for what we call a yard. I say it too hoping it'll catch on.
