Of Toads and other Pets

Meet Mrs. Miggins, a rose-hair tarantula all the way from the exotic land of...Crystal Lake, Illinois LOL. Bought her from my buddy's sister a few years ago. She's a little snooty, but she just recently molted so she looks all shiny and pretty! Aaaaand...then there's Jack, the bouncing ball of shepard-mix energy.

This my male hissing cockroach, he is a little over two inches which is small for a male. Should be closer to 4" but he is getting the job done. The first batch of babies were born within the last few days.

He is small. The ones I've seen were huge.

Looks like our big, fat tabby, before she got big and fat. But, we don't have any mice.
Likewise!
Wilson goes outside for very long periods of the day sometimes...I dunno where he goes, but he always comes back when I call him....he's like a little dog.
Got him for free from a coworker.

Yes, they are alive lol. They are easy to keep. 10 gallon aquarium, some sand and woods bits to hide in, temps around 80. They eat greens, carrots and fresh killed crickets.
