As per title. One of my Japanese Black Pine is struggling. It's been fine for the last decade.

I didn't repot this spring. Though it's not at all root bound so I don't think that's the issue.

I'm in Victoria (Pacific Northwest above Seattle).

Any ideas on why and how to remediate? It's also not pushing out candles yet, compared to my others which are starting to.

It's a washed out green color.

I'm not seeing any swelling buds?
Color definitely not good.
The pictures are kinda blurry so hard to see anything else.

What kind of soil is it in?

How often does it get water?

Could you post some more photos of the needles in focus and an overall photo of the tree including the pot?

What kind of soil is it in?

What kind of sun does it get?

What was your fertilizer routine last year?
