What is this fine white fuzz on soil surface of my Hinoki?

Tree is healthy and happy so far but not sure what it is. It started appearing a few weeks ago but much more now.

It’s Mold from your organic fert. Won t hurt the tree

Get rid of the organic crap and use commercial fertilizer.
