White like glue spots over ficus branch

Hello,
Today i was watering my Ficus and suddenly i found the healthiest branch is very wet and dark brown not like others also observed a white like glue spots on the same branch, other branches are all well, can u plz help to understand whats going on!

The upper branch in the first photo is probably dead or dying. The white is just sap from the tree.

The issue from the darker bottom branch in the first photo which is the one who already have the white spots as well and leaves, u can see the leaves are falling down !, what is the cause and the solution for this

If you knocked leaf off, some white sap will leak out and seal off that wound. No problem. Dark bark is probably wet by spilling water on it. Dead stems look a different color, usually slightly lighter and no leaves will be growing out of any dead part.
