Wisteria chinensis or floribunda?
Floribunda first leafs are right behind the flower bract (i.e., part of the same bud if I'm not mistaken). I think your cuttings need to be in a (roomy) humidity tent or/and
If you let yours twine, you can verify which type it is. Floribunda (Japanese) tends to twine clockwise (left-hand rule; thumb points up, vine curls in same direction as you left hand fingers). Chinensis twines the opposite.
