Hi guys,
Could you please help me and tell em if this is normal?

The needles seem to be yellow and browning at the top leaving them bottom green. Only minor so far.

it is been quite hot here recently and been in the sun all the time.

Doesn't look like anything to worry about, needles sometime discolor as they age and tree looks healthy! Update your profile location as well, will help with diagnosing problem.

Those are the old needles from previous years. The new needles look like they’re just emerging. Looks like you pinched that candle back.

The old needles may have a bit of needlecast. It would not hurt to spray with copper fungicide. JWP is not as prone to get needlecast as JBP, but it can catch it. You don’t want it! Spray!!

Right of the yellowest part you can see some webbingish stuff. That may or may not indicate pests.
Between the web and the yellow, you can see a bug, aphid?, Gnat?

Too much activity there to not consider pests.

Probly soil too dry too.
