@Clicio has been bugging me that he wants to compare sizes and see whether you can get the same size in the cold north as in the tropics. To not spoil any threads with this big boys game.. A separate one.

Clicio, here are mine. I am not sure when I planted the seeds. Was it 2018?

Yes, yours are from July 2018.
Mine are from September 2018, almost the same sowing time.
I will take pictures tomorrow, but...
(ATTENTION: Possible spoiler!)
It seems yours are thicker than mine.
Let's see when I compare with the pix I'll produce.

Old name is Pithecellobium Tortum.
That's why its popular name here in Brazil is "Piteco", a shortcut.
Some years ago there was a revision and now it is officially called Chloroleucon Tortum.
Outside Brazil it is popularly called BRT, a shortcut for Brazilian Rain Tree.

@leatherback here is your answer.
This is the most promising of my seedlings. It is two months younger than yours, it was up potted twice, pruned and wired.
Roots are again escaping by the drainage holes (you can see some at the soils surface).
As I had imagined, almost the same thickness of the trunks, yours and mine.
Compare for yourself.
Ruler in cm. ;)

nice... what mix of substrate is this?

Oh wow. Would not have expected that. SOoo maybe.. Growing in a pot is the most limiting factor here, not the environment?

Most probably, I guess.
I imagine that if they were in the ground they would be perhaps double the size.
Bad news for you is that I can do it here, but you can't due to the winter temperatures in Germany.
BUT!...
It's winter here.
Lets wait till the end of our summer here and compare again, I am sure we will see some differences.

Just Teasing - okay

Amateurs

In fact what I most like in this BRT of yours is the trunk.
And... I like it all, but the form of the trunk, the way it is in perfect harmony with the foliage, the bumps...
I just love it.
