Mine was pulled into the greenhouse before heading to a wedding reception. Hard freeze at the lake. Frost advisory out for many. Which means we will see worse. We had a pretty hard frost the other night which wilted some of my ginkgo leaves.I didnt even get to see them turn yellow!
Horticultural sigh of relief?Pretty sure this color is more a product of a brutally long and hot summer, than of the first glimpse of under-80f weather, but a touch of yellow regardless...

Mmmmm, I bet it'll smell great there soon!Would anybody like a nut or two
I would like some, I'm not afraid of the smell, the nuts don't stink only the fruit.Mmmmm, I bet it'll smell great there soon!![]()
I've heard they are good, there's a lot of old ones in the city near me that cover the sidewalks with fruit, but I'm too chicken to collect and clean themthe nuts
why?but I'm too chicken to collect and clean them
Not chicken per se, just the squashed and trampled putrid fruit rotting on the concrete is unappealing to me.
