Drainage looks good. Excess H2O not so much. Hate suggesting repot now but seems "may" be emergency situation taking care NOT to damage or wash off roots. Perhaps less H2O, slightly less Sun after 2(?)PM as well will do until late Winter repot time comes? Another consideration perhaps: young undeveloped tree is learning experience and if not surviving is not end of world
