Show us bugs on tree’s

Wish I had a picture for this one. My growing area has about as many lizards as it does plants. Lots of them less than 3” long. I’m sitting out there this morning and this little 2” lizard jumps in the air about 18 inches trying to catch a bug that was flying by. It leaped and as it headed toward the bug its tongue went out to full extension. lol! He missed and fell back to the ground. I gave him a score of 9 for the attempt. Couldn’t give a 10 without catching the bug. Awesome thing to see.

Here's a male black widow i saw yesterday going after a wasp that got caught in a web. It was near the faucet for my tree-watering hose. You can tell it's a male, because the female black widows have a much bigger
badonkadonk, lol...
