This might be a silly question and not so much cooking related but would that styrofoam box be any good as a grow box if I added drainage holes or do they cause issues?

Rib Roast on the go with a mustard, parsly, rosemary, thyme, garlic and oil rub/baste. Going to serve with roast carrot, pumpkin and spuds in duck fat. mmmm

Home ground Angus sirloin, sautéed Vidalia onion and baby Portobello mushroom, Irish butter & aged Dubliner cheese, and jalapeño mayonnaise served with toasted Ciabatta buns. I say we complicated the hell out of simple hamburgers.

Hasselback potatoes. Stuff some cheese and bacon in between the slices when they're almost done. Or not, good either way.
