For carving, of which I do a lot, I use the rotochisels (weasel on other sites), burrs, spirals, and a few different wire wheels. You can only do so much with a dremel, so when you want to step it up to larger projects get a nice Die Grinder. The bits I use in those are the Terrier bits, shogun, and various burrs. Have fun and wear those safety glasses!
