Charcoal as soil additive/ top dressing?

Dr Earth has humic acid of 11%. I think I'm going to work that into my fert. schedule in addition to Green Dream, DynaPro and for the pines I have a 0,10,10 organic to use in the late fall.

Plantone and it's cousins have humates as part of the mix. I believe Al uses Gro-power products...I haven't had any luck finding them in GA or the southeast for that matter.
